A quiet wellness companion

For the moments you don't yet have words for.

AUCO is built for the hormonal life stages – perimenopause first, the rest in turn. You talk. AUCO listens, and offers a single, quiet technique drawn from clinician-authored material.

One

You say what is going on.

No forms. No symptom checklists. Type what you would say to a friend.

Two

AUCO offers one technique.

Drawn from Cognitive Hypnotherapy, CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, or Mind-Body Movement. One thing to try, not a programme.

Three

You leave when you are ready.

No streaks. No nudges. No "we missed you." If you want a record for your GP, you can download it. That is the only follow-up.

Built by a cognitive hypnotherapist.

AUCO is founded by Sophie Parker. She works directly with women in midlife as a cognitive hypnotherapist in her London practice, and she has more than twenty years in brand communications behind her, including work on the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty. The two disciplines are the product. The therapeutic spine comes from her practice. The brand discipline comes from her career.

AUCO is not a chatbot wrapped in a story. The therapeutic content is authored material. The conversation engine paraphrases that material rather than inventing its own.

Some things AUCO will not do.

  • Make a clinical assessment. AUCO is wellness-positioned. If you want a clinical view, see your GP.
  • Hook you in. No streaks. No badges. No "you missed yesterday." Engagement is not the metric.
  • Hold your data hostage. You can export everything as a printable summary. You can delete your account at any time, immediately.
  • Pretend to be a clinician. AUCO is a wellness companion. When a conversation touches a crisis, AUCO pauses and points you to a human listener who is trained for it.
